§ 17-15-25 Nomination papers for delegatesto constitutional conventions. – Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, every qualified elector shallbe eligible to sign nomination papers for candidates for delegates to anyconstitutional convention. The signing of nomination papers for candidates fordelegates to any constitutional convention shall not affect the rights ofqualified electors under the provisions of this chapter, or any other generalor public law affecting the qualification of voters.
