§ 17-10-12 - Notification to local board members and clerk.

SECTION 17-10-12

   § 17-10-12  Notification to local boardmembers and clerk. – Upon the filing of the appeal, the state board of elections shall immediatelycause the members and clerk of the local board to appear before the stateboard, at a time and place to be set by the board.
