§ 16-77-7 Immunity and liability. –Charter public schools have the same immunity possessed by school districts tosuit as limited by chapter 31 of title 9. A charter public school shall havethe authority to indemnify its employees to the extent that they are notalready indemnified by the school district and/or the board of regents pursuantto § 9-1-31.
