§ 16-63-16 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or of any regulation issued under it, or theapplication of it to any person or circumstance, is held invalid by a court ofcompetent jurisdiction, the remainder of this chapter or of any regulation orapplication to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section or sectionsof this chapter shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the chapter.
