§ 16-57-15 Annual report. – The authority shall submit to the governor within four (4) months after theclose of its fiscal year a report of its activities for the preceding fiscalyear, and the report shall set forth a complete operating and financialstatement covering the authority's operations during the preceding fiscal year.The authority shall include in its report the names and addresses of eachrecipient. The authority shall cause an audit of its books and accounts to bemade at least once each fiscal year by certified public accountants selected byit and its cost shall be paid by the authority from funds available to itpursuant to this chapter.
