§ 16-57-14 Assistance by state officer,departments, boards, and commissions. – (a) All state agencies may render any services to the authority within theirrespective functions as may be requested by the authority.
(b) Upon request of the authority, any state agency isauthorized and empowered to transfer to the authority any officers andemployees as it may deem necessary to assist the authority in carrying out itsfunctions and duties under this chapter. Officers and employees transferredshall not lose their civil service status or rights.
