§ 16-48-8 - Destruction of fingerprint records.

SECTION 16-48-8

   § 16-48-8  Destruction of fingerprintrecords. – At the conclusion of any background check required by this chapter, the statepolice will promptly destroy the fingerprint card of the applicant.
