§ 16-32-14 Maximum guarantees outstanding.– The amount or amounts guaranteed and the amount or amounts guaranteed under theprovisions of § 16-32-12 shall not at any one time exceed in the aggregatethe sum of one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000).
