SECTION 16-3-25
§ 16-3-25 Districts organized prior to1959. – (a) A regional school district organized prior to January 1, 1959, shall begoverned by the provisions of the act establishing it and the provisions ofthis chapter not inconsistent with it.
(b) Amendments to the date of financial district meetingsshall not be considered inconsistent with acts establishing pre-1959 regionalschool districts provided those amendments are limited to one year only.
