§ 16-24-16 Approved centers. – For the purpose of furnishing transportation and providing incidental expensesfor the education of mentally retarded children under the age of eighteen (18),a center approved by the director of mental health, retardation, and hospitalsshall be decreed to be a school as considered in this chapter.
