§ 16-24-13 Classes for children withdisabilities in state residential facilities and institutions. – Classes for children with disabilities as described in the regulations of thestate board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall be providedfor those children in all the state institutions and also in state operated andstate supported facilities where children with disabilities reside subject toall regulations of the state board of regents for elementary and secondaryeducation.
