§ 16-22-3 Instruction in physiology andhygiene. – The school committees of the several cities and towns shall make provision forthe instruction of the pupils in all schools supported wholly, or in part, bypublic money, in physiology and hygiene, with special reference to the effectsof alcoholic liquors, stimulants, and narcotics upon the human system.
