§ 16-21.2-8 - The duties of the director of the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals.

SECTION 16-21.2-8

   § 16-21.2-8  The duties of the director ofthe department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals. – The director of the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals orhis or her designated agent shall make an annual report by September 1 of eachyear to the governor and the general assembly on the administration of theprogram.
