§ 16-16-38 Social security. – Sections 16-16-25 through 16-16-38 shall not apply to teachers of any city,town, or regional school district who have elected coverage under the federalSocial Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 301 et seq., under the provisions ofchapter 7 of title 36.
