§ 16-16-36 Teachers' survivors benefitfund. – There shall be established by the retirement board a special reserve account tobe designated as the "teachers' survivors benefit fund" and all contributionsmade and other money received under §§ 16-16-25 through 16-16-38shall be credited to and all payments for benefits shall be charged to thisreserve account.
