§ 15-8-26 - Action to declare mother and child relationship.

SECTION 15-8-26

   § 15-8-26  Action to declare mother andchild relationship. – Any interested party may bring an action to determine the existence ornonexistence of a mother and child relationship. The provisions of this chapterapplicable to the father and child relationship shall apply as far aspracticable.
