§ 15-8-22 - False declaration of identity.

SECTION 15-8-22

   § 15-8-22  False declaration of identity.– The making of a false complaint as to the identity of the father, or the aidingor abetting in the making of a false complaint, shall be punishable with apenalty as for perjury.
