§ 15-4-8 - Rights of spouses in real estate.

SECTION 15-4-8

   § 15-4-8  Rights of spouses in real estate.– The rights of a spouse in the real estate of his or her spouse, as created bychapter 25 of title 33, shall not be impaired by the provisions of this chapter.
