§ 15-3-16 - Solemnization of marriage without authority.

SECTION 15-3-16

   § 15-3-16  Solemnization of marriagewithout authority. – Every person who solemnizes a marriage without being legally authorized to doso shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500).
