§ 15-23.1-315 - Non-parentage as defense.

SECTION 15-23.1-315

   § 15-23.1-315  Non-parentage as defense.– A party whose parentage of a child has been previously determined by orpursuant to law may not plead non-parentage as a defense to a proceeding underthis chapter.
