§ 15-21-9 - Written notice to obligor.

SECTION 15-21-9

   § 15-21-9  Written notice to obligor.– At the time of perfecting a lien, executing a levy, or seizing any property,the department shall send written notice to the obligor by first class mail ofthe action taken.
