§ 15-17-5 - Amendment – Revocation.

SECTION 15-17-5

   § 15-17-5  Amendment – Revocation.– (a) After marriage, a premarital agreement may be amended or revoked only by awritten agreement signed by the parties.

   (b) The amended agreement or the revocation is enforceablewithout consideration.
