§ 13-9-5 - Additional jurisdictions as parties to compact.

SECTION 13-9-5

   § 13-9-5  Additional jurisdictions asparties to compact. – It is recognized and further declared that, pursuant to the consent andauthorization contained in 4 U.S.C. § 112, this state shall be a party tothe Interstate Compact for the Supervision of Parolees and Probationers withany additional jurisdiction legally joining in the compact when thatjurisdiction shall have enacted the compact in accordance with its terms.
