§ 13-9-3 - Severability.

SECTION 13-9-3

   § 13-9-3  Severability. – If any section, sentence, subdivision, or clause of this chapter is for anyreason held invalid or to be unconstitutional, that decision shall not affectthe validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
