§ 13-5-1 - Definitions.

SECTION 13-5-1

   § 13-5-1  Definitions. – In this chapter:

   (1) "Police station" includes any place where persons aretemporarily confined under arrest; and

   (2) "Woman" includes any person of the female sex.
