§ 12-25-24 - Subrogation – Prohibited.

SECTION 12-25-24

   § 12-25-24  Subrogation – Prohibited.– No third party which has provided any compensation to the injured victim shallhave any claim against the funds awarded pursuant to this chapter to the victimor in the case of death to the victim's estate.
