SECTION 12-25-1.1

   § 12-25-1.1  Transition to the CriminalInjuries Compensation Act of 1996. – New cases shall be filed through the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act of1996, established pursuant to §§ 12-25-16 – 12-25-30.
