§ 12-21-16 - Payment of amounts due to the state.

SECTION 12-21-16

   § 12-21-16  Payment of amounts due to thestate. – All fines and all penalties and forfeitures to the use of the state shall bepaid over to the general treasurer, unless otherwise specially provided.
