§ 12-20-9 - Costs as to other defendants.

SECTION 12-20-9

   § 12-20-9  Costs as to other defendants.– The payment of costs shall, in all other cases, be a part of the sentence of aconvict who shall be sentenced to be imprisoned until the costs are paid orremitted.
