§ 12-12-1.6 - Defendant to receive copy of information.

SECTION 12-12-1.6

   § 12-12-1.6  Defendant to receive copy ofinformation. – A copy of the information and all exhibits appended to it shall be served onthe defendant promptly after it is filed with the clerk of the superior court.
