§ 12-1.5-6 - Procedural compatibility with F.B.I.

SECTION 12-1.5-6

   § 12-1.5-6  Procedural compatibility withF.B.I. – The DNA database system as established by this chapter shall be compatible withthe procedures specified by the F.B.I., including use of comparable testprocedures, laboratory equipment, supplies and computer software.
