§ 12-1.5-5 - State DNA databank.

SECTION 12-1.5-5

   § 12-1.5-5  State DNA databank. – There is established the state DNA databank. It shall serve as the repositoryof DNA samples collected under this chapter and shall be administered by thedepartment of health.
