§ 12-1.5-12 Cancellation of authority toaccess or exchange DNA records. – The department of health shall be authorized, for good cause shown, to revokeor suspend the right of a forensic DNA laboratory within this state to accessor exchange DNA identification records with criminal justice agencies.
