§ 11-47-58 Firearms – Statepreemption. – The control of firearms, ammunition, or their component parts regarding theirownership, possession, transportation, carrying, transfer, sale, purchase,purchase delay, licensing, registration, and taxation shall rest solely withthe state, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
