§ 11-47-55 Enforcement of chapter. –Sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, the superintendent and members of the state police,members of the city or town police force, or other duly appointed lawenforcement officers, including conservation officers, shall have the power toenforce the provisions of this chapter.
