§ 11-47-53 Limitation of prosecutionsunder §§ 11-47-49 – 11-47-52 – Fines. – No complaint for a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 11-47-49– 11-47-52 shall be sustained unless brought within thirty (30) days afterthe commission of the offense, and all fines for the violation shall inure tothe state.
