§ 11-41-30 Fraud as to health insurer.– Every person who shall obtain health care services from a provider of thoseservices by any false pretense or pretenses with intent to cheat or defraud ahealth care services insurer or a service corporation organized under chapters18, 19, 20, 20.1, 20.2 or 41 of title 27 shall be deemed guilty of larceny.
