§ 11-41-25 Siphoning of gasoline. –Every person who shall siphon or otherwise steal gasoline from a motor vehicleshall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200) for thefirst offense, and thereafter by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars($500).
