§ 11-37.1-7 Transfer of information todesignated state law enforcement agency and the FBI. – The person required to provide notice in accordance with § 11-37.1-5(b)and the local law enforcement agencies required to register persons who have aduty to register in accordance with § 11-37.1-4, shall, within three (3)days after receipt of information defined in that section, forward it to adesignated state law enforcement agency. The state law enforcement agency shallimmediately enter the information into the appropriate state law enforcementrecord system. The state law enforcement agency shall also immediately transmitthe conviction data and fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
