§ 11-30-3 Penalty for common nuisance.– Every person keeping or maintaining any common nuisance enumerated in §11-30-1 shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100)nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), and be imprisoned not less thanthirty (30) days nor more than three (3) years.
