§ 11-19-38 Change of information. –If, subsequent to approval by the department pursuant to § 11-19-31, thereis a change in any information furnished by the organization to the department,the organization shall so inform the department within seven (7) days of thechange. Failure to inform the department within seven (7) days will result inthe automatic suspension of approval for a period of three (3) months.
