§ 11-18-20.1 Possession of falseidentification. – The possession of a motor vehicle operator's license card or other documentscommonly used to identify the bearer containing a photograph of the possessor,but with the name, or date of birth of a person other than that of thepossessor, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars($500).
