§ 10-9-9 - Signature and oath to return or statement.

SECTION 10-9-9

   § 10-9-9  Signature and oath to return orstatement. – The return or statement shall be signed by the person making it, and it shallalso be sworn to by him or her, unless he or she be a sworn public officer andshall make the return in his or her official capacity.
