§ 10-7-9 - Criminal proceedings not prerequisite.

SECTION 10-7-9

   § 10-7-9  Criminal proceedings notprerequisite. – In order to maintain any action given in and by this chapter, it shall not benecessary to first institute criminal proceedings against the defendant.
