§ 10-7-12 - Applicability to actions commenced after passage.

SECTION 10-7-12

   § 10-7-12  Applicability to actionscommenced after passage. – The provisions of this chapter shall also apply to all actions for death bywrongful act commenced after May 26, 1971.
