SECTION 10-5-30

   § 10-5-30  Defeat of attachment by failureto sell or redeem from mortgage. – If the mortgage is not redeemed by the plaintiff, or the mortgaged propertysold as provided in § 10-5-27, before the time of redemption expires, theattachment shall become void.
