§ 10-16-13 - Disbursements allowed as costs.

SECTION 10-16-13

   § 10-16-13  Disbursements allowed as costs.– The actual cash disbursements of the prevailing party for entry fee, mailingfee, and officers' and witness fees shall be allowed as costs.
