§ 10-15-3 - Removal and replacement of receiver.

SECTION 10-15-3

   § 10-15-3  Removal and replacement ofreceiver. – A receiver may be for cause shown removed by the court and another appointed inhis or her place, upon the petition of any party interested in the estate.
