§ 10-13-29 - Costs paid by debtor.

SECTION 10-13-29

   § 10-13-29  Costs paid by debtor. –The cost of the service of citation and the writ of habeas corpus issued underthe provisions of §§ 10-13-27 and 10-13-28 shall be paid by thepetitioner for relief hereunder.
