§ 10-10-3 - Form of writ from district court.

SECTION 10-10-3

   § 10-10-3  Form of writ from districtcourt. – An original writ of arrest issued from a district court shall be substantiallyin the following form:

   THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND PROVIDENCEPLANTATIONS.
